GENERAL PROVISIONS
- All change orders shall be in writing and signed both by web customer and Web Host, additional fees may apply.
- Web Host shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond its control including strikes, unforeseen natural disasters, and/ or any other unforeseen activities that may cause a national or worldwide economical or technological crisis.
- Web Customer acknowledges and agrees that interest at the rate of 1.5% per month will be charged on all balances remaining unpaid after 15 business days from the date said amounts are incurred. In the event of default and referral to an attorney or collection agency, customer/ client agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorneys fees.
- Web Customer authorizes with the e-signatures below the complete re-location of all above listed domains/ sites to the web servers of the web host.
